Patron Wedding Cake Pops
For my brother & sister-in-law's wedding, I made 200+ cake pops. Since Melissa & Jeff are famous for their drinking, and especially patron shot-taking, clothes stripping, pool jumping escapades, Patron & limes were the natural choice!
I started by shaping each cake pop by hand. For the patron bottles, I used a rounded, triangular shape. For the limes, I started with a circle and then chopped off part of the top using a rounded cookie cutter.
Next, I dipped the patron bottles in white chocolate, then attached the undipped ball of cake pop to the top. After that dried, I spray painted the bottles with Duff Graffiti spray in silver.
For the limes, I first dipped the pop in lime green chocolate and then pressed it into white sprinkles.
Lastly, the pops were wrapped in clear baggies with an iridescent twist tie, and then stuck with a sticker that I made using Avery gold labels.
We popped two pops into each hotel gift bag for a sweet treat for the guests!

Organization Attempt #1
Hanging file folder organizer inspired by Remarkable Home
Instead of sewing like Remarkable Home suggested in her tutorial, I just stapled the edges together. I glued the tabs downward, but since my folders were kind of cheap (thank you, TJMaxx), they started to wrinkle. I used staples on the rest of the project (even on the ribbon!) and it seems to be strong enough. I embellished with some flowers and brads, but skipped the ribbon... no emergency trips to Michael's for grommets today!
